Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) was initially launched in 2008 as a charitable program of The Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF). Financial information describing SU2C’s activities was included on EIF’s Form 990 and audited financial statements from 2008 – 2022. In 2022, SU2C separately incorporated and was recognized by the IRS as a Section 501(c)(3) public charity. SU2C still has a close relationship with EIF and operates as a Type 1 Supporting Organization to EIF. Because of this, SU2C’s expenses, including its grants, are paid and distributed via EIF. So although SU2C has its own Form 990, which you will find posted above, its financials are reported as part of EIF’s Form 990 and audited financial statements, both of which can be found here.
