Stan's biggest accomplishment was co-founding a body transformation program that was staffed by 11 trainers and had 669 gym goers participate across the 4x Les Mills Auckland gyms in a short space of 2 years. In 2015 Stan decided he needed a new challenge. Along with his passions for health and fitness, when Stan purchased his first home in 2013 he then developed a strong interest in property. Stan also has supported his family members in their real estate transactions over the past 10 years. Stan is wanting to help people go through the real estate sale and purchase process confidently and to get them the results they want. Stan was born and raised on Auckland's North Shore and has extensive knowledge throughout the Auckland region. Having helped many clients reach their fitness goals, Stan has maintained that relationship and has developed a huge network all over Auckland. Stan is of Chinese decent and his family also have thorough connections in the NZ Chinese community and China. Stan is able to speak Cantonese to communicate to his Chinese peers.
