SQLWATCH Cloud was created to provide comprehensive yet affordable SQL Server monitoring and simplify monitoring of isolated SQL Server environments without connecting via VPN, jump hosts, or network peering.

Behind SQLWATCH Cloud is over 40 years of combined hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure and Data Analytics product development. We’ve spent decades solving real-world problems for companies running critical data platforms—and we’ve used that knowledge to build a monitoring solution that’s secure, practical, lightweight, and designed around what Database Administrators and Engineers need.

We know SQL Server inside out, and we’ve put that experience into every part of SQLWATCH Cloud.

Timeline

2018

SQLWATCH is created by Marcin Gminski as an open-source project to help DBAs and Sysadmins monitor their SQL Servers.

2020

SQLWATCH is downloaded over 25,000 times from GitHub.

2022

The first version of the SQLWATCH Cloud platform is released.

2024

The Company invests in the development of its Cloud Platform, releasing SQLWATCH version 2 and securing clients across 3 continents in the first few months.

2025

Team expansion to focus on operational and commercial growth. More exciting product developments to come!!
