These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SpredX website and any services we provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
SpredX LLC (“SpredX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a web development and digital marketing agency based in Sarasota, Florida. Contact: rick@spredx.com
2. Use of the Website
You may browse our site for information about our services. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or interfere with its operation.
3. Services
Any proposals, statements of work, or service agreements we issue will control the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for client work. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement governs.
4. No warranties
Our website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpredX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or services information on the site.
6. SMS Terms (Non-Marketing Program)
Program description. SpredX sends non-marketing, service-related text messages only—e.g., meeting confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and direct replies to your inquiries. No promotional or advertising texts are sent.
Opt-in methods. (a) You provide your mobile number when booking a meeting or submitting a form that includes our disclosure; or (b) you text our published business number to start a conversation.
Message frequency. Event-based and low volume; frequency varies by appointment activity.
Costs. Msg & Data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive a confirmation text and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance or email rick@spredx.com.
Eligibility. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy: https://spredx.com/privacy-policy/
Consent not a condition. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
7. Intellectual property
All site content is owned by or licensed to SpredX and protected by law. Do not copy, distribute, or modify without permission.
8. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with the “Effective date” updated.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
