With Spotfile you can Create, Manage, and Share data files of photos, videos, audio and notes (called Spotfiles) privately and publicly.

You can organize files which are in your phone by uploading them into Spotfile.

You may post into and comment within local public places (SocialSpots), post out to other social media sites and explore and view files uploaded at locations around the world.

Spotfile is simple to use and unique. It has both a personal (private) category and a location-based social media (public) section. With Spotfile you spot a spot and file a file, and the more you use it, the more you will appreciate its’ value.

After created and saved, Spotfiles are hoisted to the cloud. A user may name and group files, and select files and folders (Spotfolders) to privately share or, a user may share individual Spotfiles and comment into SocialSpots. A Spotfile preserves the time/date/location of the event you capture or create.

Spotfile allows users to display locations or not so one could view a map where a Spotfile was created. For example, if one is traveling and creating files along the way, with Spotfile, you can see, and share if you wish, where each travel-file was created.

Spotfile has a “Post Out” feature so a user can securely share files directly to FaceBook, Twitter, and Instagram. In fact, when in Spotfile, it is quicker to post directly to these other venues because it takes fewer click steps. Have Spotfile be your starting point for posting to many social media venues.

For personal / business and private-sharing, use Spotfile to organize pictures, create an e-diary, make an event-log or practically anything one does or experiences that he wishes to retain. Spotfile is ideal for personal reasons or to share with friends and family.

For business uses, Spotfile could be the ideal tool for managing data of real estate properties, recording the count and location of a company’s inventory, exchanging secure parent-teacher-student records or, for any use when protected sharing of data files is important. You can create and share specific data files and folders that no others may access.

Spotfile can be used for field inventory (where?), timesheets (when?), documenting construction projects and a host of other uses involving simple filing, secure sharing and privately-grouped communication systems. There can be many adaptive uses.

SocialSpots are location-based Spotfolders and are open to the public to upload Spotfiles and make comments. Users may view the contents, add newly created Spotfiles and comment about the contents of local SocialSpots.

Users are allowed 200 Spotfiles at no charge. To increase the number of Spotfiles you may Create, Manage and Share, you can purchase a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
