The result is a comprehensive, proven approach to Sport Training, spanning everything from injury prevention and injury treatment for beginning runners and walkers to proper shoes and equipment to sport nutrition. SportMed RunWalk programming is extensive and is applicable to runners and walkers of all ages and levels of ability.

Start your year strong with SportMedBC’s 13-week RunWalk Program, designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are walking, learning to run, or building strength as an experienced runner, this program gives you the tools, support, and community to succeed.

Offered In-Person & Virtually
We are proud to offer clinics at select locations throughout the Lower Mainland and the Interior twice a year from January – April (Spring) and September – December (Fall) , as well as a virtual program for those training from home. (The Virtual option appears in the same “Choose Location” menu as our in-person clinics.)
Important Notes – Read Before Registering

No dogs or strollers allowed during sessions (except BC-certified guide/service dogs)

Dress for outdoor training; no lockers or change rooms available

We offer four levels so you can choose the program that best fits your current fitness, goals, and comfort:
Program Levels

Nordic/Walk10K: For walkers, gentle intervals, with or without poles
