All invoices are due within 15 days (NET 15). Late fees and collection costs may apply.

Section 4: Billable Services Disclaimer

The client acknowledges and agrees that the following services are billable at $75/hour:

1. If a product requires design, design time will be billed.
2. If a video requires editing, editing time will be billed.
3. If changes are requested to the website, web design time will be billed.
4. If a submitted file is not print-ready, preparation of a print-ready file will be billed.
5. If a project requires on-site measurements, travel and measurement time may be billed.
6. If work is requested outside 20 miles of office, travel time may be billed.

These services will be included in your invoice.
