Spilt Media was requested to review web design files created by another web design company and correct issues to make them functional. This was necessary because the web host was unable to properly migrate the files in their as-is condition. Spilt Media quickly discovered many flaws in numerous files and that files were missing. They considered the issues egregious enough to be considered irresponsible or possibly intentional poor performance by the web designer. They contacted the web designer on my behalf, but the web designer was unwilling to take action. Spilt Media then drafted a letter for my use with my credit card company to obtain a refund from the web designer. All of this was done in a very professional, expeditious manner.

The members of my household are not very technology literate but as so many we are very technology dependent. After my 7-year-old Surface Pro went down with everything from work and home in it Max very quickly was able to extract data and deposit it to a new Surface Book. Regretfully the new Surface Book had a terrible power issue and needed to be returned to Microsoft. Max stayed with me on the whole process with the company and helped me get the required RA#.
