Apple Watch
With an Apple Watch, you can view your current speed, altitude, and course right on your wrist in real time. To view statistics or change which units are displayed, simply swipe to the right.
iCloud
Now, all recorded tracks are automatically synced between devices when signed into iCloud, including Apple Watch.
Statistics
The app automatically tracks your average/maximum speed & altitude in rolling statistics, even when not recording a track. You can reset this at any time.
