Accounts: When you install the app for the first time, make sure you tap 'Create Account' first, before 'Login'. Usernames need to be something like jon777 or jon-smith no spaces, the usual kind of thing. And... when you've installed the app, go shoot a video! (Check your Inbox and Junk folder for the sign-up validation email, you need to validate your account to upload a file). Issues: Send feedback through Settings-Feedback, or via the liftopen.com contact page. Safety: Be safe... don't operate the app while you are driving a vehicle, use a helmet or bar mount when cycling, skiing or while performing other similar activities.
