Spectrometry allows students to measure intensity, absorbance, transmittance, and fluorescence. The Spectrometry application provides support for experiments including, analysis of emission spectra, absorbance spectra of colored solutions and plant pigments, Beer’s law determination of unknown concentrations and kinetics experiments.
