A turnkey interior design project means Spazio manages everything from the initial design concept through to final handover — including design, 3D visualisation, authority approvals, civil works, MEP coordination, custom joinery and furniture manufacturing, installation, and snagging. You hand over the keys at the start and receive a completed, ready-to-occupy space at the end. This single point of accountability eliminates the coordination burden and ensures consistent quality throughout.
A full Spazio interior design service includes: initial consultation and briefing, space planning and concept design, 3D visualisation and mood boards, detailed CAD drawings and specifications, material and finish selection, furniture and fixture design, lighting design, authority submission drawings, civil and MEP works coordination, custom joinery and furniture manufacturing, installation and project management, snagging and quality inspection, and final handover. The exact scope is agreed and documented before work begins.
Process & Timeline

Timelines depend on project size and complexity. A single-room fit-out typically takes 4–6 weeks. A full apartment fit-out takes 8–14 weeks. A large villa or palace project can range from 4–9 months including design, approvals, manufacturing, and installation. Commercial projects such as offices or restaurants typically take 6–12 weeks after design approval. Spazio provides a detailed project schedule before work begins, with fixed milestones agreed in advance.
Interior fit-out projects in Dubai typically require approvals from Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence (for fire safety systems), and DEWA (for electrical and plumbing works). Projects in specific zones such as DIFC, Dubai Media City, or free zones may require approvals from the relevant authority. Spazio manages the full approvals process on behalf of the client, including preparation and submission of all required drawings and documentation.
Yes. 3D visualisation and rendering is a standard part of the Spazio design process. Before any construction or fit-out work begins, clients receive photorealistic 3D renders showing exactly how the finished space will look — including materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. This allows for review and approval before any physical work commences, ensuring the final result matches the agreed design.
Yes. Spazio regularly works alongside architects, developers, and project managers. Our team is experienced in coordinating with external consultants, reviewing existing architectural drawings, and aligning interior design with the structural and MEP design developed by other parties. Spazio can join a project at any stage — from early design through to fit-out execution only.

Spazio operates three in-house manufacturing facilities in Turkey, Ethiopia, and Tanzania — producing custom joinery, bespoke furniture, aluminium fabrication, and woodworks for every fit-out project. In-house manufacturing means no third-party lead times, direct quality control, and fully custom production to exact design specifications. All facilities operate under ISO 9001:2015 certification. Yes. Spazio provides after-sales support following project handover. Our team remains available to address any snagging items or post-handover concerns. Warranty terms are specified in the project contract and cover workmanship across all elements of the fit-out. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, Spazio's quality management system requires documented processes for handling post-completion client feedback and remediation.
