- You must submit a project that was built during the dates of January 31st and February 1st, 2026.
- You may not submit your project to multiple hackathons.
- You must do a live-demo of your project in our judging space. Uploading an additional link to a video demoing your project under 3 minutes is optional.
- Your team size may not exceed 4 people.
- You may not start coding on your project until after the opening ceremony, but coming up with an idea before the hackathon is allowed. If you are going to reuse significant amounts of code, you must in your demo clearly show how you have added value to it.
- AI usage is allowed. The judging focus will be on what was built during the weekend and what hackers were able to learn, and reskins of existing AI tools are discouraged.
- Hackers can submit their project under one main track and several opt-in prizes.
- To be considered for the beginner hackathon prize, at least half the team must be first-time hackathon participants.
