Urvi Solanki

MS, CCC SLP

Urvi Solanki, MS, CCC-SLP, founded SPARC Health in 2020 with a deep passion for helping children develop meaningful communication skills. She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Boston University and has worked in hospitals, private practices, and skilled nursing facilities. Specializing in pediatric speech therapy, Urvi is particularly passionate about working with children with apraxia and autism, using individualized, evidence-based approaches to support their communication growth. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and is committed to providing compassionate, results-driven care. Grateful for the trust families place in SPARC, she finds immense joy in making a difference in her clients' lives. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, reading, and spending time with family and friends.”

Angela Lee

MS, CCC SLP

Angela Lee graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Speech Pathology in 2018. She had clinical and schools experience working with a variety of communication and neurodevelopmental disorders. She loves to work with children working on early language and motor speech. Before becoming a speech language pathologist, Angela worked as a applied behavior analysis technician with children with autism spectrum disorders.

Ynna

Ynna Kutney

Ynna Kutney earned her Master’s of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She has worked in early intervention, public schools, and private practice settings. Her clinical experience includes working with pediatric and adult populations with speech sound, language, social pragmatic, and swallowing disorders. She has a special interest in working with teenagers and adults who stutter. Ynna provides patient-centered care focusing on functional communication goals. In her free time she enjoys reading novels, tennis, pilates, and surfing.

Marissa

Marissa Cardenas

Marissa received her Masters degrees in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University and is a licensed speech language pathologist and is certified through ASHA. Marissa is multi-lingual (Spanish, ASL) and is a trauma informed therapist that has gained experience working with children 0-21 years old in the school and pediatric outpatient clinic setting working with individuals birth-18 with a variety of speech sound disorders, language impairments, feeding, alternative and augmentative communication, and social/pragmatic communication disorders. Outside of work, Marissa enjoys making pottery, being active, and spending time with her cat and dog.

Varee Ho

MS, CCC SLP

Varee Ho earned her Master of Science from the University of Nebraska in 2005 and she has enjoyed over 15 years working to help others maximize their ability to communicate. She also works with people to improve voice function, memory and cognition, speech and swallowing. Varee enjoys working with all ages and abilities. She prioritizes learning about the strengths of each individual person and things that make each client unique. Varee is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In her free time you can find Varee singing, sewing, knitting or gardening. She also enjoys spoiling her dog (Bea) and her cat (Vinnie).

Leah Suh

Leah Suh earned her Master of Science in Medical Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington, Seattle. Prior to joining the team at SPARC, Leah’s clinical experience includes working primarily with pediatric populations, early language learning, autism spectrum disorder, social communication, and articulation/phonological delays. She has also provided early speech-language therapy in Korean. Leah is passionate about client-centered care, taking into account each individual’s interests and style of learning. Leah’s strengths also include providing play-based, naturalistic therapy. In her free time, you can find Leah with a guitar and microphone, writing music and singing! She also loves to go to vintage markets and try new things to eat with her friends.

Danielle is the Practice Manager at SPARC Health PLLC, where she oversees daily operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care. With a strong background in administration, she brings expertise in operational efficiency, team management, and patient engagement. Danielle is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery. She is passionate about promoting health and wellness within the community and strives to create a seamless experience for both patients and staff. In her free time, Danielle enjoys traveling to new places and spending time outdoors.

Regina McCoy, M.S. CF-SLP

Regina McCoy

Regina McCoy earned her Masters in Science in Medical Speech Pathology from the University of Washington, Seattle. She has worked in clinical operations in the AAC industry for the past 3+ years and was a founding member of VocaliD. Nothing excites her more than the intersection of speech and technology. Regina's clinical, research and professional work reflect this. Regina's work has been awarded by various international organizations such as the Mouth Cancer Foundation, Women in Voice, and the ADVANCE group at Verizon. Regina is passionate about following the patient's lead, and weaving speech and language targets into natural opportunities. Her practice is rooted in collaborative goal setting and functional treatment materials. In her free time, Regina enjoys refurbishing furniture, attending concerts, camping and is a licensed Pilates instructor.
Regina was recognized as an American Speech & Hearing association distinguished early career professional in 2024. Additionally, Regina is a visiting researcher at the University of Southern California's Health, Educative, Assistive Technology (HEAT) lab.

Monica is a speech, language, feeding and cognition therapist who enjoys working with infants, toddlers and children. Her passion is to assist all patients and families in recognizing their highest potential and making it a reality. Monica graduated with her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Texas Christian University and earned her Master of Science in Speech Pathology at Pacific University. Monica has worked in hospitals and private practices including being the speech pathologist for a Cleft and Craniofacial center for many years. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and her clinical interests include infant and toddler feeding and swallowing, articulation and phonological delays and disorders, fluency, literacy development, social communication, and cognitive communication. Outside of the clinic she enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her family and their pets.

Alexandria Dunham

Administrative assistant

Allie is the administrative assistant with SPARC Health. She assists Danielle with managing daily operations, billing, coordinating schedules, and streamlining office procedures to boost efficiency. With a multifaceted background in accounting, administrative support, and early childhood education, she uses her experience to support a positive environment for clients and her team. Allie was born and raised in the PNW and loves being a washingtonian. In her free time you will find her walking with her dogs outside, bird watching, playing video games, or crafting with some music in the background.

Arathy

Arathy Jalaja Surendran

Arathy is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience in schools, hospitals, private practice, and tele-practice across the U.S., Canada, and India. She holds a Master of Science degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from the University of Kerala, India, and is certified by ASHA (CCC-SLP) and SAC (SLP-(C)). Licensed in multiple U.S. states and Canada, her background also includes research in neuroimaging and dysphagia in India. Her current focus is on the pediatric population, where she specializes in speech sound disorders, language development, social communication, fluency, and AAC. She values time with family and friends and enjoys finding creative ways to bring balance and joy into everyday life.

Hannah (Heng) Chang

Hannah received her Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2018. Hannah finds deep joy in working with children across all ability levels, specializing in Autism and developmental delays. Her experiences include practicing in clinic, schools, and international volunteer organizations. Hannah infuses play based and sensory rich elements into personalized treatments to promote sensory motor, fine/visual motor, and motor planning development. Hannah values and aims to support the family’s peace and trust in their child’s disability journey. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin, and works with families of diverse cultural backgrounds. In her spare time, Hannah loves to travel the world, spend time with loved ones, and cozy up with a mug of hot coffee or tea.

Janiah is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Louisiana State University. She has clinical experience in both pediatric and adult outpatient settings, as well as in school-based environments. Her background includes working with children with receptive and expressive language disorders, speech sound disorders, autism spectrum disorders, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and cleft lip/palate. She has also supported adults with a range of speech and language disorders. In the school system, Janiah has worked with K–5 students, serving children with autism spectrum disorders, significant disabilities, AAC needs, speech sound disorders, and expressive/receptive language disorders. Janiah is passionate about delivering patient-centered care and designing therapy experiences that are both functional and meaningful, helping her clients build confidence in themselves. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys exploring and traveling to new cities and countries, reading, and trying new things.

Naomi is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and earned her Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Louisiana State University. She gained clinical experience providing services in the pediatric and adult outpatient settings, as well as acute care. She has experience serving a variety of pediatric and adult populations including children with speech sound disorders, receptive/expressive language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, social/pragmatic communication disorders and adults with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Naomi is passionate about helping her patients build confidence in themselves and improve their functional communication skills. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to coffee shops, baking, and hiking

Kristi Kerr

Kristi received her Master of Science in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from California State University, Northridge. Her experience spans across early intervention, pediatric outpatient, and school-based settings. She has provided therapy for children with a range of developmental, genetic, and medically complex diagnoses, including ASD, Down syndrome, cleft palate, and feeding disorders. Kristi has conducted bilingual assessments, led caregiver coaching sessions, and collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams. Her clinical interests include early language development, AAC, and neurodiversity-affirming care. Outside of the clinic, Kristi enjoys reading and writing, engaging in thoughtful conversations, exploring interior design, and traveling the world.

Erin enjoys working with clients and their families toward achieving their goals in communication. In her free time, Erin likes to read, hike, and spend time with friends.

Cassandra is a licensed Occupational Therapist who graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2020. She works primarily in early intervention and enjoys partnering with families to support children and teens across developmental stages. Cassandra has a passion for working with autism and specializes in areas including executive functioning, sensory processing, sensory-based feeding challenges, sleep and toileting support, and fine motor skill development. She is committed to providing individualized, strength-based therapy that empowers clients and their families to build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys hiking, spending times outdoors, and being at the beach.

Aditi Bhattacharjee

Aditi Bhattacharjee is a Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her Master of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), India. She brings a diverse clinical background with experience working in hospital settings with adults, as well as in organizations serving pediatric populations. Her clinical experience includes working in neurorehabilitation and dysphagia management in India, along with supporting children with speech, language, and communication needs. She is passionate about collaborating with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress in communication. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and going on long walks.

She has experience working across a variety of settings, including schools, skilled nursing facilities, and acute long term care. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment where clients feel empowered to reach their goals. Juanita is passionate about tailoring therapy to meet each individual’s needs, strengths, and interests, fostering real progress and lasting communication skills. Outside of work, she enjoys pickle ball, long distance running, and spending time with her dog.

Cecilia earned her AS in Occupational Therapy Science from Stanbridge University in Irvine, CA in 2021. She is passionate about sensory integration and specializes in supporting children with high-impact autism and high-crisis behaviors. With two years of experience as a behavior technician in ABA and over eight years of professional 1:1 work with neurodivergent children, Cecilia brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to care. She values whole-family support, education, and collaboration to promote meaningful progress and understanding in OT. Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys spending time with her cats, exploring nature, and cooking.

Alyssa Crosby

Alyssa Crosby was born and raised in West Seattle, Washington. She earned her Master of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University. She has clinical experience providing services to pediatric populations in schools, outpatient clinics, and in private practices. Alyssa is passionate about working with children, targeting speech sound disorders, language development, social-pragmatic communication, fluency, and AAC. She dedicated to providing holistic and evidence based care to her clients, and making speech therapy as meaningful and engaging as possible! Outside of the clinic, Alyssa enjoys reading, going to the beach, yoga, thrifting, and arts and crafts.

After contacting our office via phone (425-242-3294) or email (admin@sparchealth.org), an appointment to complete an evaluation will be scheduled. The appointment may be in person or virtual depending on patient preference, age and insurance requirements. * Please note all appointments for swallowing disorders are in-person ONLY at our Bellevue clinic.

At SPARC Health, we strongly believe that the best mode of treatment (online vs in person) vastly differs for each individual. For example, we see most pediatric and adolescent clients in person only, while a large majority of adult clients are seen virtually. We like to take into account the age of the client, the ease and accessibility of services, technical skills and personal preferences.

Mild impairments typically can be resolved in 1-3 sessions, Moderate impairment may be 4-8 sessions while severe impairments may be 12+ sessions. * please note that these are gross estimates based. Actual timelines may vary significantly based on the interdisciplinary team recommendation.
