Pricing varies depending on site size and complexity. Simple, well-built websites start at $95/month for the Essentials Plan or $175/month for the Professional Plan.

Larger, older, and more complex sites (e.g. e-commerce, membership, etc.) cost a bit more.

We don't offer hourly support outside of ongoing website care plans. We prefer to partner with you to keep your site running smoothly and prevent issues before they arise, rather than putting out fires on unmaintained websites.

If your site has been neglected, we're happy to take a look and see what it would take to get things back in working order, then continue working together on an ongoing basis to keep things running smoothly.

In most cases, yes, but it depends. Our ability to keep your site safe and maintained for these prices depends on your site being well-built and using tools we're deeply familiar with, so we offer our Website Care Plans by invitation only.

If you need website care and your website is built in WordPress, feel free to get in touch. we’ll just want to audit the backend of your site to make sure it’s built using best practices.

If you have projects that don’t fit into your existing Care Plan, additional credits can be purchased as needed. We offer them individually or in discounted packs:

We'll usually get a text message notification within a minute or two. Then we get to a computer as soon as we can to check out what's going on.

If it's something that we can fix, we'll do it ASAP. More often it's an issue with your server/hosting, in which case we'll get in contact with your host's support team and work with them to resolve the issue quickly.

As soon as things are back up, we'll let you know what happened and what we can do to prevent it in the future.

Unfortunately no, there’s no way to promise this, since our clients have access to admin (which they may not protect) and 3rd Party plugins are constantly changing.

That being said, hacks are extremely unlikely when a site is maintained to our standards. We will keep all software up-to-date, install brute-force prevention, and run daily scans to make sure the site is clean and secure. And as a final layer of security, we keep daily offsite backups, so if anything did go wrong we could quickly restore to the last safe version.
