Is anyone else who uses Internet Explorer having trouble loading Livejournal? On Sunday, I couldn't get the page to load at home, although I had no problem accessing the site using Firefox or my Kindle. But IE? Not happening. And it was the only site I have bookmarked that wouldn't load.
Yesterday, it loaded both at home and at work.
Today at work? Not loading. I cleared my cache, shut down the computer and rebooted, but it still won't load. I'm using Firefox right now to post this.
It's not that big of a deal except I mostly use IE to browse the internet, and it's a pain in the ass to switch browsers for one stinking website.
Pawn of Prophecy (Book 1 of the Belgariad) by David Eddings
Reading now:
Queen of Sorcery (Book 2 of the Belgariad) by David Eddings (a re-read for the umpteenth time. One of my favorite fantasy series.) - I'm pretty much only reading the Eddings books right now. I've set aside the other two books I was reading, and will get back to them eventually, I suppose.
What I'm reading next:
The rest of the Belgariad and then on to the follow-up series, The Malloreon. Probably.
From Doon with Death (Inspector Wexford #1) by Ruth Rendell
Reading now:
A Great Deliverance (Lynley & Havers #1) by Elizabeth George The A.B.C. Murders by Agatha Christie Pawn of Prophecy (Book 1 of the Belgariad) by David Eddings (a re-read for the umpteenth time. One of my favorite fantasy series.) - I'm switching between all three books at bedtime
What I'm reading next:
I haven't made up my mind yet. The lending period for several of the books I had from the library expired, so I'm back on the waiting list for them. However, I do have:
The Black Ice by Michael Connelly A Maiden's Grave by Jeffery Deaver The Savage Murder of Skylar Neese (true crime) by Daleen Berry & Geoffrey C. Fuller
And a billion other books on my Kindle and in print. So, you know, one of those probably. LOL
From Doon with Death (Inspector Wexford #1) by Ruth Rendell A Great Deliverance (Lynley & Havers #1) by Elizabeth George The A.B.C. Murders by Agatha Christie - I'm switching between the George book and this at bedtime
What I'm reading next:
I haven't made up my mind yet, but I have from the library and really need to get to:
Whose Body by Dorothy L. Sayer In the Woods by Tana French The Black Ice by Michael Connelly Elizabeth is Missing by Emma Healey The Odessa File by Frederick Forsyth Cover Her Face by P. D. James
And a billion other books on my Kindle and in print. So, you know, one of those probably. LOL
Winter People by Jennifer McMahon From Doon with Death (Inspector Wexford #1) by Ruth Rendell A Great Deliverance (Lynley & Havers #1) by Elizabeth George - My bedtime read, this is a re-read, but I don't remember it, so it's like a new read to me. ;-)

I use IE and have not had any problems accessing it from home. It is blocked at work - all social networking sites are blocked -- they use firefox - so I do not know how well it does there.
