We give donated items to those in need first and raise money through on-line sales to enable us to provide the following:
- purchase formula and necessities
- help with utility bills
- pay for training/classes that will help enable someone to obtain
employment - purchase food and gas gift cards
- assist with essential car repairs to help someone continue to work
Additionally, S.O.U.L. serves over 2,000 individuals, families, and their pets year-round in a variety of meaningful ways.
We provide weekly food support to local families in need. Through our annual “Thanks for Giving” program, we collect donations, including non-perishable food items and turkeys, which are then distributed to the families we serve.
We also host an annual holiday celebration that brings together our volunteers, donors, and the families in our program. During this special event, every individual receives food and thoughtfully prepared holiday gifts.
We believe in complete transparency and in creating opportunities for donors and their children to actively participate in the giving and serving process. This shared experience fosters connection, compassion, and community—it is always a truly heartwarming event.

Help stock our shelves!
Please consider donating the following items:
- Clean working small kitchen appliances (microwave, air fryer, crock pots, coffee pots, toaster ovens, etc.)
- Clean & Gentle Items: shampoo/condition, body soap, detergent/fabric softener, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, Windex, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, hand wipes
- Baby items: Pampers Swaddlers (all sizes), clean and gentle baby wipes, baby shampoo, bathing items, formula (Enfamil Gentlease, Similac Pro Advanced, etc.), baby gift sets for newborn, Desitin Ointment, etc.
- New and gently used dish sets (settings for 4 and 6 people)
- New and gently used pots-n-pans sets
- New and gently used glassware sets (8-piece)
- Non-perishable food for pantry – no expired items please
- Food for homeless: canned stews, bottled water, cereal bars, gum or mints, canned beans or tuna, peanut butter, pre-packed cheese, tuna or chicken salad snack packs
- Meijer, Kroger, Walmart, Target gift cards, and gas cards
