Pros: The Queue-fair virtual waiting room was a game-changer for our registration process. One registrant sent this message: "Smoothest sign-up ever. The queue system works SO much better." Having the queue helped prevent frustration, website crashes, continual refreshing — the registration process was monumentally improved. But in addition to having an excellent product, Queue-fair has incredible customer service. They were responsive and helpful, and made the entire set-up process extremely easy. And their pricing was extremely competitive — they even have a free version, which is such a valuable service to provide. I highly recommend!

Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like. Queue-fair exceeded all my expectations.

Overall: Before using Queue-fair, our event registration process was frustrating for everybody involved. Our servers couldn't handle the load and registrants would have to repeatedly refresh, receiving Bad Gateway errors and timeouts. Queue-fair solved that issue for us, and registrants could see exactly how many users were ahead of them in the queue, and how long it would take to get to the registration. So much better!

Overall: I wish we'd made the move over to Queue-Fair much earlier than we did. Our company has used outsourced queue systems for many years but only require them on an ad hoc, time to time, basis. Overall: We have an event ticketing website which works great, but we have a couple of "scarcity events" where demand for tickets at the time they go on sale is tremendous. Our server wasn't keeping up. By using Queue-Fair we were able to keep the load on our server to a level that we could handle and the on-sale events have gone much smoother than they would have otherwise. Queue-fair have been great to answer questions and help us whenever we ran into roadblocks.
