Febrl (Freely Extensible Biomedical Record Linkage) does data standardisation (segmentation and cleaning) and probabilistic record linkage ("fuzzy" matching) of one or more files or data sources which do not share a unique record key or identifier.

I apologize. I thought the thumbs-down icon would show me all comments that were negative (of which, I see now, were none at the time). I should have paid closer attention! by clicking on the icon, I sent that I was rating the software with a thumbs down! I haven't even downloaded the software yet. I am sorry that I made that mistake. I do hope that my error can be erased! I am sorry.
