Exascale workloads demand dense compute, high interconnect bandwidth, and predictable performance at scale. SourceCode delivers an exascale-class platform built around the NVIDIA GB200 NVL72, providing tightly integrated GPU compute, low-latency NVLink connectivity, and a thermally efficient enclosure designed for sustained, full-load operation. This system gives organizations a clear path to training multi-trillion-parameter models, running large-scale simulations, and consolidating heterogeneous AI and HPC workloads into a single, high-density unit that scales across racks and clusters.
With SourceCode, you get the best of both worlds: the power and scale of large system architectures, paired with SourceCode’s hands-on expertise and personalized support. From custom configurations and thermal management to rapid deployment and ongoing service, SourceCode provides a high-touch experience designed to meet the specific needs of your environment.
The GB200 NVL72 is a purpose-built, rack-scale exascale AI server that combines 36 NVIDIA Grace CPUs with 72 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs . All GPUs are interconnected with NVIDIA’s high-speed NVLink fabric, binding 36 CPUs and 72 GPUs into a unified compute domain that functions as one massive “virtual GPU.” With up to 130 TB/s of low-latency GPU-to-GPU communication, massive memory capacity (HBM3E + LPDDR5X), and liquid-cooling capable of 250 kW per rack, it’s engineered for the highest-density AI training, inference, and HPC workloads.
Because of this architecture, the GB200 enables real-time trillion-parameter large language model inference up to ~30× faster than prior-generation GPUs, and similarly dramatic improvements in large-scale model training, scientific simulation, generative AI, and data-intensive workloads — all while offering improved power efficiency and thermal stability.
At SourceCode, our co-design approach ensures each system is customized to your exact needs. From tailoring configurations and optimizing thermal management to managing deployment and providing ongoing service, we build infrastructure aligned with your technical and operational requirements.
In the era of multi-kilowatt nodes and tightly packed accelerators, air cooling reaches its physical limits, making advanced liquid solutions essential for sustained performance. Liquid cooling changes the equation, using the superior conductivity of liquids to remove heat more efficiently and sustain higher performance at scale. Because every datacenter operates differently, we design custom liquid-cooled solutions built around your exact workload and infrastructure needs. Through a co-design process that brings together Single and Dual Phase Direct Liquid Cooling, Liquid Immersion Cooling, Free-Air Cooling, and Rear Door Heat Exchangers, we engineer cooling architectures that deliver optimal power efficiency and reliable performance for your specific environment.
At SourceCode, we help you navigate the complexities of cooling by providing tailored solutions that fit your specific infrastructure needs. Whether you require liquid cooling for high-performance systems or need help optimizing thermal management, our experts work with you to assess your environment and recommend the most efficient, cost-effective cooling strategy.
