Preparation, exercise, each number of seconds to break (up to 9999 seconds), you can set the number of times (up to 99).
Sound can be chosen beep, from voice, but the voice is only Japanese.
The start of the countdown I can choose from before 3,5,10,15,20 seconds.
Vibe function I can ON / OFF.
