Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: May 20, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for Soocian subscriptions, in-app purchases, wallet payments, paid content, tips, and other paid services.
1. Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased a Soocian subscription or digital item through Apple In-App Purchase, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
- You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- You may request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Soocian cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple, but we can help troubleshoot account activation issues.
2. Google Play Purchases
If you purchased a Soocian subscription or digital item through Google Play Billing, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund requests are handled by Google under Google Play policies.
- You can manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions from Google Play subscriptions settings.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- You may request a refund through Google Play Help or your Google Play order history.
- Soocian may assist with support questions, but Google controls refund decisions for Google Play purchases unless Google provides developer refund tools for the specific order.
3. Subscription Access After Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription, you normally keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the app store, payment provider, law, or a violation of our Terms requires earlier termination.
4. Failed Activation or Duplicate Purchases
If your payment succeeded but your Soocian subscription, package, wallet balance, or paid feature was not activated, contact us with your account username, purchase date, store or provider, and transaction ID. We will investigate and either activate the paid feature, correct the wallet balance, or guide you to the correct refund channel.
5. Wallet Recharges and External Payment Providers
Wallet recharges, balances, and payments processed outside Apple or Google may be reviewed by Soocian or the relevant payment provider. Unless required by law, completed wallet recharges are generally non-refundable after the balance has been used, transferred, withdrawn, spent on paid content, tips, ads, subscriptions, or other services.
6. Tips, Paid Content, Creator Payments, and Digital Services
Tips, paid posts, paid messages, paid calls, creator subscriptions, digital content, ads, promotions, and other consumed digital services are generally final and non-refundable once delivered, viewed, consumed, credited, or made available, unless required by law or caused by a verified technical or billing error.
7. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations
We may refuse refunds, reverse credits, suspend access, or close accounts when we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized activity, policy violations, misuse of wallet features, or attempts to exploit promotions or payment systems.
8. How to Request Help
For support, contact karamofantasacko@gmail.com. Include your Soocian username, email used on the account, transaction ID, payment provider or app store, purchase date, amount, and a short explanation of the issue.
9. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, consumer protection, or warranty rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If local law gives you additional rights, we will honor those rights.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
