SCV International Program
Sonoma County Vintners works closely with the California Wine Institute to engage with high-level trade, media and retailers to Sonoma County from key international markets around the world. By participating in the Sonoma County Vintners International Marketing & Export Program, wineries have the ability to obtain important brand exposure with groups visiting Sonoma County or by traveling with Sonoma County Vintners in outbound campaigns.
As part of our Sonoma County Vintners Winery Membership International Export programming, Sonoma County Vintners has planned activations with trade and media representatives around the globe. We continue to focus on the top markets for U.S. Exports, while also activating emerging markets.
To participate in the programs listed below, you must be a current member of the Sonoma County Vintners International Export Program.
California Dreaming Norwegian Sommelier Tour: Sonoma County
January 2026
In partnership with the California Wine Institute, SCV will be hosting a group of sommeliers, wine directors, and buyers from the Norwegian Sommelier Association, including the winner of the 2026 Sommelier competition. This one-day program will include a Sonoma County Masterclass, walk-around tasting, a lunch and vineyard tour.

Wine Paris: Paris
February 2026
SCV is bringing up to six wineries to participate in the Wine Paris three-day tradeshow. Participating vintners will be conducting business meetings with existing and potential importers, pour behind the bar each day and will be featured in a seminar. Sonoma County wines will also be featured in the California Wines Self-Pour area, encouraging further exploration of Sonoma County wines!

Sonoma in the City: London
April 14-15, 2026
Join Sonoma County Vintners in London, England to connect with trade, media and consumers! By participating in this multi-day program, vintners will have an opportunity to participate in trade and media tastings, a lunch and retailer visits. Sonoma County will also be the featured region for a consumer event for the launch of the California Wines ‘Share Wine’ campaign in London.

Sonoma in the City: Oslo, Norway
Early June 2026
Join Sonoma County Vintners in Oslo, Norway to connect with trade, media and consumers! By participating in this multi-day program, vintners will have an opportunity to connect with trade and media through tastings retail visits, and a winemaker dinner.
