Snap a picture, launch the app, send the issue to Borough Hall and we will register the receipt with you and advise you when the issue has been resolved. Somerville residents and visitors can use Somerville Direct to notify the Borough and receive status updates as the issues are resolved. Somerville Direct is a free application that allows you to report community issues, pinpoint the issue location with GPS, and attach photos right from your mobile device. With Somerville Direct, you can report:
