Return Policy

Before submitting a return request, please review our SoundTube Return Policy guidelines. Once the shipment is received by SoundTube, the items will be inspected and a restock percentage will be determined.

SoundTube Consumer Return Policy:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Products must be returned in original packaging, in original condition for a full refund. Upon receipt, SoundTube will inspect the product(s). If the product(s) are damaged in any way, the customer will be charged based on the evaluation of damages.

Products are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date without a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee if product is returned between 30-90 days of the original purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the original purchase date.

SoundTube Reseller / Representative Return Policy:

The Reseller is responsible for all return shipping charges to SoundTube. Products must be returned in original packaging, in original condition for a full refund. If the product is damaged in any way, the reseller will be charged the full amount to repair or replace the product in addition to the restocking fee outlined below. If the Reseller places an order at the same time as the return for twice the dollar amount (or more), the restocking fee will be waived.

Unopened Box Policy:

• Returns received between 0-90 days = 15% restocking fee
• Returns received between 90-180 days = 25% restocking fee

Opened Box Policy:

• Returns received between 0-90 day = 25% restocking fee
• Returns received between 90-180 days = 50% restocking fee

All accepted returns will be booked as “credit on account.” No cash or check reimbursements are allowed. Advanced Replacements will be sent as a Net 30 order. If the product to be returned has not been received by SoundTube within 30 days, the Reseller will be invoiced for the Advanced Replacement on the 31st day.

Returns

Please review the below return policy carefully. Once SoundTube receives the returned merchandise, the items will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with the below requirements and additional restocking fees may apply.

SoundTube Return Policy:

1. Unopened boxes between 0-90 days — a 15% restocking fee will be charged

2. Opened boxes between 0-90 days — a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

3. No returns for credit will be authorized after 90 days from the date of original shipment.

4. If Reseller places an order at the same time as the return for twice the dollar amount (or more), the restocking fee will be waived. All other terms and conditions in the Return Policy still apply.

5. The Reseller is responsible for all return freight to SoundTube and all product(s) must be returned in original packaging and condition. If the product(s) are damaged in any way, the Reseller will be charged the full amount to repair or replace the product(s) in addition to the restocking fee.

6. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and free of external markings or labels (with exception of shipping labels). Items returned without original packaging or with otherwise damaged or unusable packaging are subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.

7. SoundTube is unable to accept products that have been installed or modified.

8. Items returned without original hardware or accessories are subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.

9. Items received as Dead-On-Arrival or not functioning properly are eligible for return for credit at SoundTube's shipping expense for up to 30 days after the date of original shipment. Past 30 days, customer or reseller is responsible for all return freight to SoundTube. Standard restocking fees apply. Alternatively, items received as DOA or not functioning properly are eligible for repair or replacement in accordance with SoundTube's Warranty Policy. Item must be returned in its original carton. Items returned as DOA or not functioning properly and determined to be No-Fault-Found will be billed at the cost of shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

10. All accepted returns will be booked as "credit on account." No cash or check reimbursements are allowed.

11. If no response, return authorizations will be closed after 90 days from the date of contact. If applicable, advanced replacement invoices will be due then.

12. SoundTube reserves the right to reject returns or refuse credit for any returned items not meeting the above requirements.
