Commissioning
We offer an on-site commissioning service that is designed to help your start up process go as smoothly as possible.
Having acquired extensive experience in the implementation of soft starters over a wide variety of applications and industries, the application engineers at Solcon-IGEL work directly with the onsite customer staff, giving directions and support during and after the commissioning of the project.
During the commissioning process, our engineers carry inspection of the wiring and assist with the setup of the soft starter. Key steps in the process include:
- Checking motor starter inputs and outputs
- Parameterization according to the application and customer needs
- Operation according to process requirements and load trials
- Providing maintenance and operator staff training
- Providing other services as required/requested
- Providing a written commissioning report
Field Service
In order to ensure reliable and smooth operation of the system(s), regular maintenance intervals should be carried out in accordance with Solcon-IGEL recommendations.
We recommend that you schedule the service, well in advance, though dates cannot be guaranteed until a purchase order is received, unless otherwise agreed.
Comprehensive Training
Solcon-IGEL’s technical support team regularly conduct trainings on basic electrical maintenance, electronic diagnostics, new product orientations and customized maintenance or operations-based systems.
Trainings can be requested for on-line, in the classroom or on-site.
