I'm a dragon of the western variety, white with black feathered wings. I'm quite open to making new friends, so never shy away from talking to me! Always happy to meet a new person. :3

Okay, so...character description? I'll give it a shot, though it might not be all kinds of accurate.
Height: 5'8"
Body: Everything that can be is coated in a nice layer of lean muscle. Most of his body is covered in lean muscle, but from the underside of the neck to the tip of his tail, he's covered in plate scales.
Horns: Curve back shortly after protruding from his head, a few inches in front of his ears, and go straight back until they're about 3 inches off of the back of his head. They're also black.
Claws: Also black, and somewhat sharp.
Wings: Feathered and black.
Tail: About 4'6" and able to be bent however I do so wish...within reason. I can't bend it to the 4th dimension.

He can switch between an anthro and a feral form. He also has the ability to grow and shrink at will - this includes both in general size, as well as the size on his own and others' bodies, such as muscle mass.

Feral:
Height: About 35 feet.
Length, from nose to tail: About 38 feet.
Tail Length: About 18 feet.
Scales, horns, and fur still the same.
