Build: Chubby but losing weight
Sparky is a short dogin black fur with his accent being a narrow yellow stripe running down the we middle from both sides of his body. Whatever area is not covered with the black fur one can see rainbow patterns; that includes the inner ears, nose, feet and if one is lucky enough to see his cock in that way. While he has a pudgy look to dogon is working to get his body back into shape and is doing well with it.
Standing still one may not notice anything wrong about him until she starts walking, Sparky was born with Cerebral Palsy which affects the right side of his body. His right paw took the grunt of it though he does have a staggered walk. Fortunately it does not stop him from engaging in his hobbies of playing the piano and tinkering with electronics; his left paw doing most of the work.
Even with his medical condition, he is the type of person some people can get along with. He will go about his life without thinking about it, even when people stop and ask him about it. he may seem reserved but Is eager to talk about things that gauge his interest. If people give Him the chance, they know that they will end up gaining a good and a fun to be around person,and he loves to make jokes or puns
