Phantoma is a very... special kind of the Pokemon world. He was born as an experiment for science and infused with a Luxray's DNA, but later on escaped in the ages of his teenage years. Today, he is now constantly running, but making out a living as he sells electric materias for other non-electrical Pokemon to use.
