Maximillian was like every other fur in the world,had a job, a car, a house, hopes and dreams, even a mate who just had said that she was expecting. One day after he came home, he got out of his car and was walking to the door to his home when his house exploded sending him flying into the street. Everything he had, lost in the blink of an eye. Soon after the cops and firemen had came to the scene maximillian was out cold with fragments of his house lying on him. When he came too he was delirious asking the paramedic what had happened. After the paramedic told him what had happened his mind blanked out and he shivered. As he sat there his thoughts went to his mate dancing around their living room like she had plenty of times before...and then he saw a small fire followed by an explosion which kicked him out of his nightmare. He asked what caused the explosion, but no one seemed to know. three years later Maximillian searches for the one answer that he has asked himself several hundred times before.....why?
