Neko is a youngish anthro catboy, about 12 years
old. He's very shy, especially around males, and
totally submissive. He speaks with a slight stutter, which is worse when he's nervous; contrary to his avatar, he is more often dressed in just a normal pair of shorts, though he can start out dressed as a sissy if you want.

He loves when older girls/women
play with him, and tries very very hard to be a good
boy and obey them. He also likes being played with by
men, even though its really embarrasing to him and he
doesn't like to admit it.

He particularly likes having his little peepee controlled, being told by women or girls that he's not allowed to go inside him because he's too cute or too small, but letting him squirt outside them instead; or being locked up in chastity. Or when men firmly but kindly take control, telling him that he has to be gay now, because he's too pretty to be allowed to be with girls.
