Centuries ago, during a vicious confrontation, the demon prince known as Obox-ob, the Prince of Vermin, was slain by celebrated heroes. Though a majority of his power had been vested in an avatar which went into hiding, fractions of the demonic power remained upon the Prime Material. The remnants coalesced into a single creature kin to the demon prince, causing the solitary insect to change and grow rapidly.

Though the demon prince was vile and so too were his powers, the creature did not gain the black heart attributed to the original owner of the powers afforded it, instead simply becoming a chaotic entity.

Kr'ay Mese-ob stands exactly at seven feet in height, hir body covered in an exoskeleton that feels of soft and smooth leather but is as hard as adamantine. Hir fleshy bosom hangs from hir chest, not covered quite so much in the protective chitin. Hir masculine genitals are as well protected by plates, but these can open outward to reveal the sensual flesh and heavy orbs. Hir length, once swollen, extends outward to nine inches and is nearly three inches thick in diameter. Shi constantly exudes the sweet aroma of fermented apricots and pheromones, though hir breath when exhaled gives a concentrated amount of combined musk and spiced heat.

Shi enjoys watching others for sport, appearing only when able to benefit from interaction. The shards of power first afforded hir give hir a sense of wisdom when one must come out from hiding. Shi is also incredibly strong despite being slim in form, able to bend steel beams and break solid structures.
