I have three characters due to certain circumstances they are as follow:

Breed: Dragon (Royale)

Gender: Female

Height: 15 feet at shoulder when on all four paws

Wingspan: 40 feet

Coloration: blue scales/feathers with green living vines within

Mating status: Mated to Asaraia

Name: Sunrise Over Summer

Age: 2 years

Breed: wolf

Gender: Female

Height: 3 feet at shoulder

Coloration: honey-gold with a changing forelock and black tail tip

Mating status: Mated to Zacht with 3 litters (5 pups, 2 pups, 3 pups)

Name: Ame

Age: 1 year

Breed: Fennec fox

Gender: Female

Height: 10 centimeters at shoulder

Coloration: Silver-grey with pale blue and green forelock, socks and tail tip

Mating status: Mated to Trickster (fox, not dragon) with no pups

So all of my characters have basically the same personality I do or did at some point in my life and each is different. Everyone is loyal and watch out for their kin. Dracosa is the only one who has actual parents, however. Ame and Sunrise originated from Dracosa's human counterpart (me!) being turned, either by being bitten or by more, ahem, scandalous means. Ame is very quiet and meek. She'll run and hide if she feels Trickster is angry. Dracosa is more fierce, if she's angry she's not afraid to let her mate know. Sunrise is the most mellow of the three, always playing with her pups, careful of harm and worrying constantly.
