Ok, So a little about myself. I have been a lurker on sites like this for quite a while now. I also go by the name EeveeMaster10.

How I Became the Writer I am now:

When I was in elementary school I was not the brightest kid and the teachers thought I should be tested for any disabilities or extra help I would need in school. When they tested me they found I had a slightly higher than normal IQ but that I had problems with writing and speech. All that I cared about then was that I got to be in the same class with the girl I had a crush on (typical male, Right. She ended up not being up to par with my image in my mind).

Did I mention I hated reading and writing when I was little? They put me in special classes for all three subjects. The writing class made me absolutely hate all types of writing be it grammar to sentence structure to the types of words and how to classify them. All the brutal training they put me through has prepared me for my life.

They did not tell me until I was in high school what disability I actually had. They called it “creative expression” I believe. When they told me I laughed in my head and cracked up. It was just so ironic that they told me my problem was my creativity and I feel that I am pretty creative.

Now that I think about it for a bit, the real problem is the expression part. I guess it is just hard for me to just sit down and just express what I want to express. It is just hard to put my feeling to words or speech. Which leads me to my interests.

Interests:

I absolutely love Pokémon. I grew up with it as a child and it has grown with me. When I was younger I played in TCG but now I have moved more into VGC but I am not that good at double battles. I absolutely love the video games by themselves as a game. I have not played Leaf Green/Fire Red or platinum in the main series of games. So my current favorite game in the series is Black 2/White 2.

I also learned to love to play cards from Pokémon TCG. It taught me that you are always playing against someone or yourself. I only know a few games like Liverpool Rummy, regular rummy, skipbo, phase 10, and of course Uno. Yu-gi-oh is not really my thing and neither is magic the gathering. I might take another look at magic the gathering but the previous teacher I had was not that good of a teacher and I did not learn that well.

I also love computers and technology. I am A+ and Net+ certified and know a little bit of java and am learning python right now. I know how to solder as well (mostly because my old laptops had heating problems and I had to solder to the board or the power cord in order to be able to do HW or talk to friends). I also like the Idea of VR but it think the more realistic and useful technology will be in Augmented Reality or AR for short because it has medical purposes and it is less likely that people will die from not paying attention to their soundings.

I also am a big fan of anime. I mostly like the psychological thriller genre like Re:Zero, Mirai Nikki, and Steins Gate.’

I also like good sci-fy horror/thriller movie. I also like inspirational superpower tv shows. Like a certain scientific railgun. I love how complex the powers get and the limit is the person with the powers.

What I would like help on:

I know I am not the greatest writer and I have a lot of things to improve on. One thing that holds me back sometimes is the fact that I have so many complex ideas but I am worried that the readers will be confused by what is happening.

Ex. I just love how complex individual Pokémon are. Held items to abilities to egg moves all make up the Pokémon world and I am surprised how people just avoid them in writing.

Another thing I have a problem with is being very communicative. I kind of don’t like to write to people that much unless it is a quick message to friends. For me I am picky about my writing and how it is interpreted to the other person and it takes me a while to rewrite paragraphs of information. (going on 4 hours just for this bio, still don’t want to post it.)

And most of all, motivation. I have been kind of lacking motivation lately for most of the things I have enjoyed before.

I feel my stories should be brought to the community that I have lurked in for far too long. It is my time to actually contribute to this site.
