Diantha is a playful, outgoing and active feline. Her parents were simple, poor peasants who saw no chance of feeding her during some harsh years. So they gave her to the local Nishija temple where she was educated and cared for. A few years later, she learned to dance for the goddess of love and also to protect herself as she briefly considered becoming a temple guard.
Finally, she left the temple to see the world and learn more. While she served in various temples and on some courts, she made a bunch of friends and established contacts that serve her well.
While she can appear somewhat careless and spoiled, Diantha is a loyal friend and has a good hearth, especially since she remembers very well how harsh life can be. Sometimes, but rarely, she's grabbed by deep gloom but usually pulls herself out of it rather quickly again.
