Here's a tin of raisin cookies I baked. I apologise for the lighting- it's been grey outside and I only have a halogen lightbulb, which I always find a bit dim. I don't know if you are interested or not, but the slits in the top are for the steam to get out, or else they dome- you get an empty cavern in the product.
