Jewel Vixens and Alpha Canines Story 2: Final Part
The final part of the second story for this group is out at last. And this is the way to end it. With humor and romance. Normally purple is Amethyst's thing but I wanted to have some for Topaz. Also in case you're wondering what is in that bowl, it's red punch.

Jewel Vixens and the Alpha Canines in Journey to The Desert part 8: Magical Night
It didn’t take long for the group to make it back. They were immediately reunited with Mendoza, Alexander, and Victoria. The kits were just happy their parents had made it. While the older vulpine simply congratulated on a job well done for the group. They were immediately taken to the president by Joseph. To their surprise Rose and her father were waiting in the same room.
“I see you have all made it back,” stated Anwar with a smile. “On behave of this entire country I want to thank you for what you’ve done. You’ve done a great service for us.”
“It’s all in a day’s work, sir,” responded Nicholas.
“Yes,” commented Sapphire. “Just us doing our job.”
“Still I must reward all of you,” said the jackal. Some things were brought out, one for each member of the group that Anwar was sure would help. But the one thing that stood out, at least for Nicholas, was a small dagger in the shape of a long sword. The handle had a white wolf’s head with tiny red dots on it. The vulpine knew with Slappy’s help it could become the second grabbling hook for him to go with the other one the male had.
When that was over Joseph spoke up. “So then my friends, will you be staying a bit longer? I’m sure that traveling like that has been no easy feat.”
“We’ll probably stay for a few more days before heading out,” Mendoza responded.
“Then if it’s alright, perhaps you could attend the dance and dinner that will be held in your honor before you go?” asked the secretary.
“Yes,” commented Anwar. “I feel that is the best way to send you guys off.”
“Well we do need a way to celebrate after a job well done, so yes. We’ll come to that,” answered Nicholas. One by one the rest agreed.
The night came quickly and everyone was ready for it. The guys each picked up the vixen they worked with except for Onyx and Granite who got ready together along with their kids. Of course it had to be mentioned for the two couples along with Nicholas and Topaz with what happened to them. Desmond knocked on the room Aquamarine was changing in. She came out and he could see that the vixen had a dress that matched her fur color. The female eyed the manned wolf and saw how good he looked in a suit.
“Um…” she responded, blushing a bit. “I hope I’m decent.”
“You’re wrong,” the male whispered and pulled his girlfriend in close. “You look so lovely right now.” The vixen smiled and kissed her boyfriend on the cheek. With his arm around her, the two made their way to the dance hall where this would take place.
Bill in the meantime got to Amethyst’s door. It was opened and the husky walked in to find the vixen spinning around happily in a deep, royal purple dress that was strapless. “How do I look?” she asked cutely to her boyfriend. The male just smiled and went over to her, wrapping his arms around his girlfriend.
“You look beautiful right now,” Bill whispered into her ear. The vixen leaned up to kiss him on the lips.
“Well you’re handsome yourself,” she commented with a smile. The two went down to the room themselves.
Finally Nicholas got to the room Topaz was at. The vulpine was dressed in a suit with a green colored tie. The male knocked on the door and the vixen emerged. This time she was wearing a light purple colored dress that was strapless with matching shoes. Nicholas had never seen her in something like this and couldn’t help but smile. “Wow Topaz,” he stated. “You look absolutely beautiful.”
The vixen blushed but smiled as well, taking in his words. They seemed to carry emotion like Nicholas did love her. The female went over and hugged him. “Thank you. You’re so handsome yourself.” He hugged her back as well.
“Well, let’s get going,” the vulpine whispered into the vixen’s ear. With his right paw around her waist, and her arm around his shoulder, Nicholas and Topaz went down to the room. It was decorated for the event and had many tables and chairs to sit at. In addition long ones that had drinks and food were here as well. In addition others besides the group were attending this.
“Seems we’re all here,” went a voice and everyone to see Kane with Sapphire on his arm. She of course was in a dress of the same color, but it was strapless. Alexander and Victoria were behind their parents, both looking cute. Jade of course was with Paul and in a dress that matched her name that was a bit transparent. But nothing that could reveal too much. Finally Emerald was in a sparkling green one with white gloves that went up to her elbows and a gem on it that matched. James’s arm was around her.
“Wait, where’s Mendoza?” asked Desmond. They all looked to the left and saw him, a bit red in the face, with none other than Rose by his side, holding onto one of his arms. She looked beautiful in her dress as well. The canines and vixens all got grins on their faces to see the him with her.
Suddenly the sound of glass being tapped on got everyone’s attention. They looked to see Anwar, Joseph, and Rose’s father at the head of the hall. After welcoming everyone and stating thanks to the canines and vixens, everyone got what they wanted to eat. After the food was consumed, the music came on. Aquamarine was taken by the paws by Desmond to the center.
“Des,” she squeaked. “I can’t dance!”
“Don’t worry about that silly,” he whispered. “Haven’t you guessed? I can.” He pulled the vixen in front of his body and began to do the work. Some moments latter the female was giggling and having the time of her life.
“I feel like I’m five again,” she stated with a smile.
“You don’t look five,” commented the manned wolf and the two kissed.
Meanwhile Bill and Amethyst were twirling as well, both happy. The most they had ever been. Everyone else could see it and that becoming a couple had been a good move for the husky and vixen. The others of course just danced as well. But the one that had to be touched upon were Emerald and James. “Enjoying this, Miss Emerald?” asked the German Shepard.
“Yes,” she whispered and laid her head on his muscled chest. “I could stay like this forever…” And the vixen could feel her heart calling out to James. The tough as nails member of the Jewel Vixens had fallen for the Alpha Canine. There was one thing the German Shepard could do that Emerald looked for in a boyfriend; the fact that he could keep up with her. In anyway possible.
Elsewhere Mendoza and Rose were dancing, but in a tight square so the vulpine didn’t end up hurting the jackal or himself. Despite the fact that he blushed, and stumbled, she seemed to take no notice. “You know, it’s too bad you and the others are leaving,” the female stated at on point.
“Uh… really?” asked the male.
“Yep,” answer the jackal and put on a sweet smile. “You know, you’re quiet cute when you get flustered and nervous…” Rose leaned up and placed a kiss on Mendoza’s cheek. It caused the vulpine to freak out and faint right there on the spot.
“Mendoza?!” asked the jackal in shock.
“Lol!” went Alexander and Victoria who were nearby. They quickly got their parents who had him back on his feet in no time.
Finally Nicholas and Topaz were dancing together. They looked and could also see Isis and Kareem from the photo shot here as well. “Mmm…” the vixen sighed. “This is like so nice…”
“I know how you feel,” the vulpine answered. “I hope there will be more moments like this in the future.” He knew there would be. Nicholas had made up his mind that when they got back to California, he was going to tell Topaz he loved her. And knew the perfect way. She in the meantime also decided to finally tell the vulpine that she loved him as well.
The dance ended on a happy note for everyone. The two couples shared a kiss goodnight. But in the case of James and Emerald she gave him a kiss on the cheek. The move surprised the German Shepard, but made him think that there was a shot for him and her. Finally Nicholas took Topaz back to her room, kissing her on the cheek goodnight. The next day the group went back to California and were soon home. Nicholas and Slappy waisted no time in turning that dagger into a new grabbling hook. It worked well and the vulpine was pleased, knowing it would come in handy for the next mission. But before that could happen, another thing took place. One that would bring him and Topaz closer.
