Jewel Vixens and Alpha Canines in The Predators Awaken Part One: The Tiger Returns

After the vacation was up in which detective work had been done on Diamond's end, the group was informed on where Rajan and Colonel Diego Fresas had gone into hiding. As usual they received folders, but no contact from the leader of F.U.T.U.R.E. IThey had gone back to the canine's palace in his area of control. And there was a temple right nearby it. Somehow Rajan had transform this into the thriving center of his spice operation. And it was there that the group would find them. There were reports that another of Ogel's men was here to act as an additional force.
It turned out to be the ram that had been seen at the Arctic Command base. A guy by the name of Zemo Baron. While not as physically strong as the other three, this male wasn't to be underestimated. After all, he served as the scientist like being under Ogel. In fact this guy had been involved in World War I creating mustard and tear gas to use against the enemy. When Hitler came to power Ogel sought Zemo out to help him in battle. The ram accepted and was trained by the wolf in combat to better defend himself. But his true strength was his brain.
The only road to the palace was guarded, and forced the group to walk the long distance to their target. This was no problem for Rachel since the group took turns carrying her on their backs. Alexander and Victoria weren't so lucky, but the young foxes manfully walked with the older ones. The whole group ran into a few problems along the way, but pressed on with no injuries at all. They knew that this was more than just a stronghold, it would be where a major blow to the Klaww Gang could be dealt to. It was hopefully that the enemy wouldn't need that place for long; because soon it was going to be shut down.

Eventually everyone made it. They had also brought supplies, but only enough to last the job. This wasn't going to be dragged out, but done in a single night. But the first day was spent resting in the temporary safe house that had been made to recover. Then it was time to get to work. Topaz and Nicholas went out to scout things out as usual. As it turned out it was raining; but not so much it was unbearable.
"Sneak into the temple and take some recon photos so we can assess the situation," stated Aquamarine into the communicators.
"Just be careful," Desmond commented. "If you get hurt or bitten by something deadly, the nearest hospital is 106 miles from here. Now according to the info from Diamond, there should be a hidden passage into the temple behind a waterfall nearby."
"I can see it," Topaz said.
"Nice work," stated Nicholas. "I'll take a hidden passage ore the front door any day."
The two foxes found it and were quickly inside. There the spice growing facility was found. Both of them went for the top since the expensive equipment to make the plants grow was to be found at the top of the room. It took a bit of maneuvering, but they got it. Once there Nicholas and Topaz began taking the photos. First was a machine that was used to super irrigate the spice plants. Rajan and Colonel Diego Fresas were in here as well and a pic of both were taken. There was also a crane keeping the machine suspended. And finally a picture of the entrance was taken, but it wasn't known yet how to get in. With that, the two foxes made it back to the rest of the group.

"Okay that machine Topaz and Nicholas saw is under some steep security," stated Desmond who began the presentation. "Hell even Rajan's been seen in that same room. The Colonel's probably in the palace, taking care of things there."
"But to get at the goods, we'll need more information," Aquamarine continued. "Sapphire and Kane will plant a bug in the office area of the temple. While Nicholas and Topaz will lift the spice operation blue prints from Rajan when he's making his rounds. Unfortunately while we're collecting intelligence on them, they will be doing the same for us with an electronic driven satellite. Take it out Jade and Paul, or they'll be able to listen in on all our communications."

The petite vixen and Corsac fox were up first. They got contacted on the communicators by Nicholas. "Rajan and the Colonel is able to monitor all of our communications out here with the electronic driven satellite array in front of you." Both of them could see it.
"And how do you expect us to shut it down?"
"I've got it under control. The local spice plants are illegal for good reason. Eat too many and you'll go into a fit of uncontrolled rage. What you need to do is give them to the guards by the satellite by slipping them into the food nearby that they'll chow down on. Going into a fit of rage, they'll go on a rampage, and destroy the delicate controls. But the trick here is harvesting the spice plants. You're going to have to do some serious climbing as the only grow high up in the jungle canopy."
Now Jade and Paul could see why they were put to this task. It took some work, but they got it. And the ones guarding the satellite took care of the rest. It was amazing to see them enraged and a bit scary to. That job was now finished. Now it was Sapphire and Kane's turn. They made it out to a place that had a beetle in a pool of water. "I see you made it," stated Desmond who would lead them this time. "That insect in that pool is a rare, Indian water bug. If both of you can carry it into the office here, its wings will transmit local sound waves at a frequency that me and Aqua can monitor."
"Let me get this straight," commented the Arctic fox. "We're going to bug their place… with a bug?"
"All puns aside, yes. Now pay attention. That bug can only survive in stagnant pools. If kept out of water too long it'll become unhappy and likely draw the attention of local guards."
"Looks like there's a few pools along the way," stated the white wolf. "A short swim every now and then should keep our little friend quiet."
It took a bit of work, but both of them managed to get the insect in the office. The two even found things in there to take back that would be important for Diamond to go over. Now Topaz and Nicholas were ready to move. Rajan was out and about now. But too on guard for the vulpine or vixen to just pickpocket the feline. The only way was to put him to sleep. But the female's shots weren't powerful enough to work on the enemy. So she had to hit some of the fruit in the area which Rajan loved. Even more better the shots had been made to make just enough sound to lure him from place to place. Eaten whole, these would cause even this guy to nod off for awhile.
The two foxes moved and Topaz was able to get the blueprints just fine. There were three and when read together, told one everything about the operations. Only when the last one had been taken did Rajan realize what had happened. "What?" he asked. "The blueprints! They have been stolen?!" Nicholas and his girl were out of there. Suddenly a familiar looking tiger dropped down from the branches. But this time he had two katanas instead of one.
"Heh heh heh…" he commented. "Looks like it's finally my turn… I'LL get 'em back for ya! It's to settle the score…. Say your prayers, Nicholas Dash Russo!"

The vulpine and Topaz were making their way back when suddenly the same tiger leapt in front of their path. The foxes came to a screeching halt. "Stop right there you two. Can't letcha go beyond this point."
"Damn someone caught up with us…" Nicholas growled. But then his eyes went wide with shock as he recognized this enemy. It had been a year, but there was no mistaking this feline.
"Heh heh heh! Long time no see, Russo!" commented the tiger.
"Is that like who I think it is…?!" Topaz asked.
"Genz…" Nicholas snarled. "So you're back. You've got some fucking nerve running away from us last time."
"Genz does not run away!" stated the feline. "He merely performs brilliant tactical retreats. And now I'm back after one year of training to fight you! Your katana defeated the one I had last time.. but we won't have a repeat of that today, oh, noooo. BEHOLD! Now I wield two instead! They're custom-built and brand-spanking-new! Quail in fear! Even you won't stand a chance against these even though you've got some new toys that I can see. Boy, am I gonna make you fucking pay for the time in Africa… Pucker up for the kiss of death, Nicholas Dash Russo!"
"You like shouldn't let personal grudges interfere with your work," Topaz suggested halfheartedly.
"That won't work on him," said Nicholas. "But we won't let you stop us. So we're going to have to beat you stupid again."
"Big words!" stated the tiger with a growl. "But don't think I'll go down easily! Let's dance!"

The fight began and both the vulpine and feline came in with a clash of their blades. Topaz was right behind her boyfriend, ready to help out. Her gun was fired but Genz moved and caught the bullet with the other katana that wasn't being used to block Nicholas's. He then kicked at the vulpine which sent this guy back some inches. Luckily the blow's damage didn't do too much. The vixen was next for the tiger. His swords flashed but she moved and did backflips to avoid the deadly blades.
Genz then lashed with a back fist and managed to get Topaz on her back. He then turned his attention to Nicholas who came in with both grappling hooks. The tiger jumped to avoid them. "You're going down!" the enemy shouted. The blades clashed for a bit, but the vulpine was ready with his sword. Then the fox went on the offensive. The weapons created sparks from the impact. The vulpine kept pressing his attack, forcing Genz back.
The two then stopped and regarded each other. "Seems you were telling the truth about training," said Nicholas.
"All in the hopes of beating you," the tiger responded. With a yell the fox spun around and made contact. Suddenly the feline did a move that sent the vulpine on his back. It was so fast, neither him or Topaz was sure how it happened. The vixen then came in with punches and kicks. The feline dodged her blows before attacking the female. She was quick and able to avoid these attacks while her boyfriend got back up on his feet and went on the attack. Now Genz had to deal with both foxes.
The tiger's swords were perfect for dealing with two opponents since they and the amount of them matched. After some blows the three broke apart. "Seems the vixen's got some moves as well," commented Genz. "Should've known."
Topaz then fired while Nicholas whipped out his gun and did the same thing. The tiger deflected both shots with his katanas. He chuckled. "Perfect shots, but not against me!" He moved in and his blades whistled through the air. The two spies had to roll out of the way to avoid them. They jumped back, only to find both had been cut slightly on the cheek. "The first blood has been drawn."
"Now it's your turn!" Nicholas shouted and went in with his katana. Three blades clashed and then a punch got Genz in the face. Growling the tiger responded with one of his own which made contact. But then Topaz came on and managed to trip the enemy and using his weight and momentum, threw the guy into a nearby tree.
"You fight well," the feline growled as he got up. "But not good enough!" He managed to punch the vixen in the gut and sent her flying back with a mighty kick. Groaning, she slowly rose up. Looking the female could see her boyfriend and the enemy clashing again. Each looked like they were wielding more than one blade. It was hard to follow their movements. Then spots of blood began to appear as minor wounds were inflected on the enemy. Nicholas somehow hadn't gotten them.
"This isn't happening!" Genz yelled and managed to push the vulpine back.
"Still a sore looser it seems!" the other stated and went in for the ending blow by moving fast and hitting a couple of pressure points. Unable to move in time, the enemy got hit hard with a kick and a slash that ended the fight.
The last blow caused the tiger to go to his knees. "How'd… this happen?" he groaned. The enemy was beaten. Topaz and Nicholas were both panting from the effort of this fight. "Ugh.. Ugggh… Not bad… Nicholas Dash Russo and Topaz… You… you've made a fool out of me vulpine not just once, but twice now… But this isn't the end… I'm not done yet… I'm the strongest of the Deadly Five… Your… your head will someday… someday be MINE… And you… won't survive what is to come here…" The tiger then put on a burst of speed and left the area, heading back to Ogel to lick his wounds and recover.
"He got away again!" Topaz stated.
"He'll be back," Nicholas said. "And it will be the last time. Let's get back to the others." The two did so, unaware that another member was here and waiting for them.
