I don't recommend using an axe against Basil.
Who needs to use vine whip, when you can conjure up thorny vines from the earth itself to fight for you?
Originally, the axe was going to be a buster sword, but, as I did this on the same sheet of paper as the first drawing, I ran out of room...
Not too happy with the depth on this one. Those thorns gave me plenty of trouble at first too, so I'm sorry for all the erasures. The designs around her eye were nearly forgotten until the last second, so that could've been better too. Ah well... maybe it doesn't look as bad to other people as it does to me?
Anywho... I realized after drawing this that the round things around chikorita's neck are supposed to be pointy... I like drawing them round though, so Imma keep doing that anyway. lol.
I'm still not sure what exactly a druid does...
