Alright, guys, meet the mighty and powerful master of martial arts, Sheldon the squirtle!
The weapon of choice for this monk? An iron-shod quarter-staff.
He worked his body and developed his muscles so much, it actually changed the shape of his shell. lol.
In retrospect, some sort of garment might have been appropriate... ah well.
