During the incident with Balthazar in the Crystal Desert, Athena was part of the Pact forces deployed to provide assistance to the (in)famous Commander. While reminiscent of some parts of Ascalon, the many bluffs and cliffs provided even better vantage points to eliminate any Forged or Awakened deemed an immediate enough threat. Some may call her half-Ash for it, but the results speak for themselves... though admittedly she sometimes hopes that her target does have some form of backup nearby, just so she can also give her favorite pistols a workout.
