"So, here we have Lady Veronica the Red, and her daughter Tisbe. Lady Veronica is the wife of Lord Hammond, and as he is often caught up in behind-the-scenes strategizing and meetings with his officials, Lady Veronica handles most of the public appearances for the people (?) of Guiles. She’s every bit as spiteful and cruel as, well, most of the people that live in her Kingdom, albeit a bit more tempered. She is a lady, after all. That surface-level calmness is just that however; skin-deep. She expresses her resent for Kelemere and mortal humans and her wishes to see them not just crushed, but demoralized and humiliated, in the most eloquent and well-spoken way possible. Her daughter Tisbe has taken up much of her rhetoric, and conflicts with her brother Saren whenever he lets anything nearing sympathetic towards Kelemere slip out. In the end though, she may be more easy to sway than others."
