M-tag for obvious reasons. He doesn't wear clothes. I don't think he could find any that fit, and if he tried to put on a shirt or pants, he would no doubt hang up his talons in the fabric and shred them. I think he would look ridiculous in clothing anyways, and I'm sure he would agree.
