Scrambled Eggs
One of the first dishes I learned to prepare myself was scrambled eggs. Since then I have learned to prepare it several different ways. I almost always include milk, shredded cheese, and a bit of pepper. My father liked to include bits of ham. This time I am using chopped red bell-pepper, for and extra bit of texture and collar.
