Lapskaus
Lapskaus is a North German specialty, and one of my personal favorites! It is basically a hash of corned beef, potatoes, and onion, and sometimes herring. It is traditionally served with fried egg, spear pickles, and red cabbage. It is particularly popular along the northern coast.
