Back before the planet was revitalized and soon reintroduced with lifeforms, deep within it's depths and away from the outer scorching of the world would lay dormant the seeds of a past that has long since been forgotten. Soon these seeds, or more accurately, Aeedlids, would soon emerge after the lands had shifted and uncovered their hidden tombs.

Aeedlids, being rather weak and primarily relying on the energies of the very ground they grow within, are not typically predatory. On the contrary, given the nature of the Aeedlids, they prefer to be in areas of fertile soil and help to protect and maintain the environment around them. Despite their glaring weaknesses, Aeedlid boast an impressive and extensive knowledge of all things flora and are a shaman's best friend. In a pinch, these weak creatures can also grow much bigger, though often it's a deep fear response that is not often triggered.

No one on the planet knows nor have any records about where the Aeedlids come from.
