The Ney are a species that come to mind when the terms "carpenter", "architect", and immaculate" are mentioned. These jackal-like beings were among the first species to integrate magic into their creation processes, helping them to build structures that have lasted for countless centuries and longer. When your eyes gaze the meticulously detailed masonry, or upon the intricate wooden staves and wands carried by high level mages, a Ney is often responsible for it's creation in some way, shape, or form.
