Plucky is son of Bold and Whisper, also grandson of Fox and Vixen. He has both father's and grandfather's courage, cunning and bravery. But parts in almost the same color as his mother, Whisper. He is White Deer Park's fastest fox and his rivals and best friend is Dash, a young female hare who is impossible to beat her in the running race.

There was only one time that Plucky was on the verge of winning against Dash, until Weasel came and got away right during their running race. But despite that, he was still such a happy red fox with his father's family. After the battle of the rat war, his grandfather has retired as leader, Plucky became the new leader of the Animals of farthing wood.

He has been the leader for over a year, until one day he met a very beautiful and friendly vixen who came to that part of White Deer Park. Her name is Scarlet and is a bit of a special vixen. She and her brother have gotten into real trouble with gray wolves, it is said. But thanks to Plucky and his friends, she and her brother are free from the claws of the gray wolves.
