No, it doesn't matter what 'it' is. Kim almost certainly did break it.
Kim Schwarzkopf learns that it's not all fun and games being a dragon in a human world. The cost of replacing any and all electronic appliances is enormous! Especially when you're a multi-tonne creature with a socially crippling anger problem.
Kim is one of the lead characters of my story series Zero Day that takes place in an analog to our own modern world where many unfortunate humans have been turned into dragons by inscrutable aliens when they delivered an ultimatum to the human civilization.
