There's no back story yet. But I guess I can make one up.
~ It was another bleak cloudy day. Tate woke up at his usual time 7:30 AM and got up, as usual, and got dressed. As he left his house, with his umbrella in hand, he headed down the street to meet up with his friend Logan. Thinking he looked silly with an umbrella in his hand, he shuffled around waiting. "This is odd." He thought. "Logan is never late, I wonder what's up?" Just then Logan ran from around the corner, his tie still undone. "I'm so sorry I'm late!" He was out of breath. "My alarm clock didn't go off." Tate smiled and gave his friend a hug. "Not a problem at all." Just then it started to rain. "Oh great!" Logan said. "The day I decide to wear my best tie!" He fumbled with his tie trying to tuck it in his shirt. Just then Tate pulled out his umbrella and held it over his friend. Logan smiled and finished tying his tie. "Well, lets head off shall we?" Tate smiled and nodded, still holding the umbrella. They walked to the bus stop, chatting and laughing as usual. However, they missed their bus. Not on accident, but because they'd decided to enjoy the day, and try to make it unusual and fun.
